Wilson/Berg – Recruitment 360 is a newly set boutique recruitment consulting company operating from Warsaw, Poland and running projects in both domestic and international reach. The brand is new but created by an experienced team with very strong corporate, agency and entrepreneurial background.

Based on our strengths and expertise, we created a unique business model – Recruitment 360. It helps support organizations and talented individuals with complex services:

• direct/executive search and talent sourcing
• on-boarding of new hires
• design, development and improvement of recruitment and selection systems
• training and coaching in the area of recruitment and selection skills
• de-recruitment, change management in personnel reductions and individual outplacement.
